These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Laura Bauer (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an Arkansas licensed real estate professional doing business as Oak & Main Realty Group. These Terms also apply to your participation in our SMS program (the “Program”), which is used to send property updates, appointment reminders and other real‑estate‑related messages. By accessing or using the website or enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or opt into the Program.
1. Program name and description
Our SMS Program is called SaaSquatchAI. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages regarding real‑estate listings, open‑house notices, appointment confirmations and other information related to our services. Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us. You are not required to opt in to purchase any goods or services.
2. Opt‑out instructions
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving texts, reply “STOP” to any message. After you send “STOP,” you may receive one additional message confirming your opt‑out request. No further messages will be sent unless you re‑enroll.
3. Rejoining instructions
If you previously opted out and later wish to rejoin, text “START” to the number from which you received messages or enroll again through our website. After you rejoin, you will resume receiving messages as described above.
4. Help instructions
For help regarding the Program, reply “HELP” to any message or contact us via phone at (479) 847-2100 or by email at [email protected]. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible during normal business hours.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received according to your wireless service plan. Your carrier may charge you for text messaging. Check your mobile plan for details.
6. Carrier liability disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier or for messages that are delayed or not delivered.
