So, let’s begin!

Listing

After researching and finding the best agent to work with (cough, cough), it’s time to get your house on the market! You’ll meet with your agent to discuss everything from the listing price to recommended updates or renovations. Once professional photos are taken and the marketing plan is in motion… your house is officially LIVE!

Negotiations to Contract

Now that we have an interested buyer — let the negotiations begin!
Negotiations are one of the most important parts of the process, which is why hiring an experienced Realtor® matters. Terms can include (but aren’t limited to): purchase price, commission structure, closing costs, and which items will remain with the home.
Once both parties reach an agreement… we’re UNDER CONTRACT!

Buyer Inspections & Repairs

From the date the contract is signed, the buyer typically has 10 business days to complete their due diligence. During this time, they can schedule home inspections and request any needed repairs.
This step is all about ensuring transparency and giving both sides confidence in the transaction.

Title Work

While inspections are happening, your Realtor® is already working behind the scenes with a trusted title company. Title work ensures the property can be transferred free and clear — protecting both the buyer and you, the seller.

Best Day Ever – Closing Day!

The three little words every Realtor® loves to hear: “Clear to close.”
Once all the steps have been completed and the final signatures are in place, you can officially celebrate — you’ve successfully sold your home!
